We have not had the opportunity to really use the bed but the setup was simple and the bed seems to be great quality. The shipping took a bit longer than what was conveyed to us but not the end of the world we were just in a bind with a broken bed and were hoping to have it in the 6 business days, it was more like 14 days but not the end of the world. still very happy with the product and the service. when we reached out about the timeline they were very easy to deal with and helpful.

First of all the customer service was outstanding, I was having issues on my end with a shipping address and I spoke (to a human) in a matter of minutes and the issue was resolved. I ordered 4 chairs on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday. Packaged very safely with care. I would recommend ordering from this company if you are looking for a high end equipment and get pricing. I will be ordering again! 10 stars if I could give!!
