Warranty Policy

Product Coverage:

• Furniture (massage tables, chairs): 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding leather and cushion parts.
• Electrical Appliances (steamers, towel warmers, warming pads): 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Small Electrical Appliances (nail drills, nail lamps, wax pots): 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Facial Beds: 1-year warranty covering the frame, hydraulics, pump, base, and legs. Damage from improper use or physical aging (e.g., cracks, leather scratches) is excluded.

Warranty Duration:

• Begins from the date of purchase, extending for the period specified for each product category.

Resolution:

• 24K Maple Salon will assess and, at its discretion, replace defective products under warranty with the same or comparable items.

Conditions:

• Valid proof of purchase required.
• Excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents, incorrect storage/assembly/installation, and unauthorized modifications.

• Follow care instructions provided by 24K Maple Salon for warranty validity.
