Warranty Policy

At 24K Maple Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable equipment for your professional needs.

Warranty

All Furniture (massage tables and facial chairs) and Electrical Appliances (steamers, towel warmers, warming pads) purchased from 24K Maple Supply are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Small Electrical Appliances (nail drills, nail lamps, wax pots)purchased from 24K Maple Supply are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Mechanical components

  • Electronic components

  • Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship related to mechanical and electronic parts

If a defect arises within the warranty period under normal use, 24K Maple Supply will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective part, or

  • Provide replacement parts

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Upholstery (including vinyl, PU leather, fabric, stitching, padding, or cosmetic surface wear)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage resulting from accidents, shipping, or environmental conditions

  • Commercial use outside intended professional applications

Upholstery materials are considered wear items and are not included under warranty coverage.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

24K Maple Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective mechanical or electronic components.
