While our general shipping practices apply, oversized items have a specific threshold for free local shipping to accommodate their special handling requirements.

Orders containing oversized products qualify for free local shipping when the order value exceeds $3,999.99 (before taxes) within our designated local delivery zones. Orders under this threshold within local zones will incur a shipping fee, with all other standard shipping conditions and exclusions applying.

Track your oversized product order with a provided tracking number for peace of mind. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, and special handling inside deliveries may require your assistance.

Returns Policy

Unsatisfied with your purchase? Return most new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping costs if it's our error. Expect refunds within four weeks of your return shipment, including processing and bank processing times. Initiate returns via your account under "Complete Orders" for a seamless process.
